October 4, 2009 – By the President’s decree was assigned an Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation in Afghanistan

October 28, 2009 – Has presented the credentials to the President of Afghanistan

Speaks English, French, Pashto and Dari languages
